Ageing: Suited for a long ageing.

Organoleptic Test
Colour: rather deep, but bright ruby red, slight orange shade.
Fragrance: subtle, light and flowery bouquet.
Taste: dry, round and mellow, testy with dry finish, robust and full-bodied.
Alcohol content: 14% vol.
