Metiusco, from Greek "I become inebriate". Red full-bodied wine, warm, rich in its fragrance. Common in the Salento warm lands, obtained by the late grape harvesting of Black Malvasia, Negroamaro and Primitivo grapes. Best served chilled.
It is recommendable to open the bottle an hour before drinking and pour out carefully in order to eliminate the possible wine dregs due to the natural ageing process.

ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 14% vol.
GRAPEVINE: 25% Black Malvasia, 50% Negroamaro, 25% Primitivo.
PRODUCTION AREA: Salento, in the province of Lecce.
SOIL: Medium mixture, basically calcareous.
PLANTS ARRANGEMENT: little tree.
REFINEMENT: in tanks.
FEATURES: red-ruby colour, intense very special smell, elegant and fruity taste.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 14° C.
COUPLING WITH: strong dish, roasted meats, hot cheese.

Metiusco: from Greek "I become inebriate". Rosè obtained by the selected grapes of the most important varieties of Negroamaro cultivated in Cutrofiano with the sapling method. Vivid rosè coloured, harmonic-tasting and richly fruity in its fragrance.

Metiusco, from Greek “I become inebriate”. White full-bodied wine, warm and rich in its fragrance. Common in the Salento warm lands, obtained by the winemaking of Verdeca and White Malvasia grapes. Best served chilled.
It is recommendable to pour out carefully to eliminate the possible dregs due to the sedimentation in the bottle.
