The shipping takes place within the maximum time that might be indicated in the conditions based on the country of destination. Anyhow SalentoInCantina, unless otherwise stated on the product page, commits to deliver the goods by the deadlines specified by carrier. In the remote event that the goods becomes unavailable for any reason after the receipt of the order, will be issued a refund of the payment received, if any, at no cost to the user. The user will be informed via email when the product is shipped from SalentoInCantina and will be given the code tracking of the shipment (Waybill or "Tracking"), through which will be possible to track status. SalentoInCantina use packaging patented approved by the carrier, studied to ensure the integrity of the product (click here for details). Anyhow, at the time of delivery of the goods by the carrier, the user will be must verify that the packaging is not damaged, or otherwise altered, including in the closing materials (strapping tape) or are not present leakage of liquid. Any damage to the packaging and / or product will have to be immediately notified by the User, right to check written (and specifying the reason for reserve, eg.
