Rivera

2015

Violante is the result of Rivera’s wish to marry Nero di Troia’s classic complexity and marked scent of violets to a crisp fruitiness and early approachability. This wine offers generous, forward aromas and flavours, and at the same time more
than adequate structure and body.

Severino Garofano

2015

Often the truth about a wine is ungraspable, untranslatable, and one must recognize the inefficacity of words. In such cases wine simply becomes an enjoyable drink, having no need of words, boasting its own power of communication, of moving the taster by its innate eloquence.

Vini Coppi

2015

Cantonovo is the most authentic expression of the Murgia hills south east of Bari, hovering between Adriatic and Jonian sea. From the respect of nature, which features a organic wine, up to the vinous scents , in the name of a subtle red. The freshness of red fruits conquers the first sip. The name evokes the natural cycle of life, with the four seasons giving the name to the volumes of the Canto Novo by the poet Gabriele Dannunzio.

DON ANTONIO
Wine Primitivo Apulia I.G.P.
It is the result of an experiment that the oenologist Senator Antonio Michele Coppi, founder of the Coppi Wines dynasty, carried out with its finest grapes. Amazing is the richness of its fruits, poured with the wine in the glass, warm, yet very soft and harmonious. Food pairings: great traditional Italian dishes such as lasagne, risotto with saffron Gualtiero Marchesi style, roasted turkey, Canadian cheddar cheese soup.

Aging: Eight months in medium-toasted French oak tonneaux; then, eight months of refinement in bottles.
Bouquet: A ruby-red wine with a light shade  of purple. Generous in fruit flavor and spicy notes, its vaguely sweet taste stimulates your imagination. It shows remarkable intrigue  in its complexity and never fails to enchant with its supple, finely textured palate.

Organoleptic properties: ruby red colour; fruity nose (black cherry and plum), with final cloves aroma. Medium body, smooth and ba-lanced, quite tannic, fine and elegant. An authentic Negroamaro!
