Olfatto: è caratterizzato da delicati ed avvolgenti profumi di frutta e di fiori, che si declinano in limpidi sentori di mango, banana,

pesca a polpa gialla, susina bianca, pompelmo, fiori di zagara e ginestra.

Palato: morbido, perfettamente equilibrato e persistente, risulta sapido e minerale, con una rigogliosa componente di acidità che lo rende notevolmente brioso e piacevole.

Food matches: try with pork stew, grilled steaks of Chianina, orecchiette with horse meat sauce, lamb with mushrooms and sausages, rabbit “alla Contadina” with black olives. Ideal with medium-aged cheeses.
