It is recommendable to pour out carefully to eliminate the possible dregs due to the sedimentation in the bottle.

ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 13% vol.

GRAPEVINE:50% White Malvasia, 50% Verdeca.

PRODUCTION AREA: Salento, in the province of Lecce.

SOIL: Medium mixture.

PLANTS ARRANGEMENT: little tree.

REFINEMENT: in tanks.

FEATURES: strong white straw-colour, intense fruity smell, dry and fresh taste.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 12-14° C.

COUPLING WITH: fish dishes, shellfish, seafood, excellent aperitif.
