Alberello, an Apulian head-trained system, at a density of about 4500 plants per hectare

Aging:
In stainless steel tanks; then, five months  of refinement in bottles. Alcohol content: 14%
Bouquet: An interesting fragrant nose permeated  by a fresh bind of ripe fruit and black cherry.
Flavour: An extraordinary matrix of well-made tannins exalts this powerful wine that offers stunning flavours, all echoed on the palate that holds  a succulent core of ripe and juicy fruit.
