  • Schola Sarmenti

After a 3-year-long accurate restoration work, Schola Sarmenti eventually opens its doors to wine lovers - a mid-1800s wine building, abandoned for over 50 years. Not only an old symbol of the Salento oenology, but also an important cornerstone of our architectural tradition has been brought back to its original beauty by the Marras and Calabreses.
  • Tenute Mater Domini

Tenute Mater Domini was founded in 2003 through the realization of a business venture by Pierandrea Semeraro, aimed at using the food resources already present in the territory of Salento, particularly those of wine and oil.
The concept of quality for the company is primarily focused upon modernizing methods of agricultural production, paying particular attention to agricultural innovation, as well as respecting the traditions of the Salento area. The production of our products follows this philosophy “creating innovation, whilst being aware of our roots”.

  • Tenute Rubino

The Tenute Rubino project started in the 80’s from an idea of Tommaso Rubino, a firm believer in Salento's potential. Through a long series of acquisitions, he has formed a substantial productive base divided in four estates. Expressing viticulture in Salento at its best was his main goal. In 1999 his son Luigi, together with his wife Romina Leopardi, started the Tenute Rubino brand. The company is headquartered in Brindisi, where the launch of a brand new winery has been the first step in the business. Since then many innovations have been implemented both in the production process and in the company organization.
  • Tormaresca

Named for the region's ancient seaside towers overlooking the Adriatic Sea, Tormaresca adds a fresh dimension to Italy's world-class wine landscape. Indeed, it is the only producer with vineyards in both of Puglia's elite winegrowing regions.
The Bocca di Lupo estate is located within the Castel del Monte DOC, while the Masseria Maìme estate is in the Salento area, the pulsing heart of this vibrant winemaking region. Tormaresca leads Puglia's modern renaissance by combining classic winemaking with the latest viticulture techniques to create exceptional wines just waiting to be discovered. All Tormaresca wines are crafted with 100% estate-grown fruit.
  • Torrevento
